world dominated by the likes of Donna Karan, Lanvin and even Jason Wu. That
changed when Prince William and the would-be Duchess of Cambridge announced
their engagement. Kate wore a silk blue wrap dress from Issa and immediately
ignited a fashion frenzy. According to British Vogue, the Issa dress sold out
within hours after the engagement was announced. Since then Kate has been
